I am not able to look at my subscriptions. I have tried the past threads on this which have no resolution. I have tried talking to Microsoft support, who told me that I was required to wait 48 hours and try again. But it has been weeks, and this is not going away. Is it possible to talk to someone at Microsoft who can fix the error? This is on their server backend.

error:
Something went wrong on our end. Give it a few minutes, then try again.

Although I can't see the subscription page, I was still able to find and manage my family members. See below. I tested it by adding one more email account earlier today and now just went back in and deleted that one.

I have had the same problem for several weeks. Not sure exactly when it started but cannot view and manage Microsoft products and subscriptions. My subscription isn't due to expire until at least Apr 2025 but I was checking to be sure it's up to date. I can access my order history which shows that I've "paid with redeemed code" starting in Feb 2018. (Like at least one other user in this thread, I use the Microsoft 365 Family Military edition so always buy through AAFES.) I can see all of my Family Members listed in my account and everyone is able to use it for now. Hope they figure it out soon. I can't really switch to another product since I have other family members on the account and also use One Drive extensively.

Exact same error message, unable to see Services or subscription page, so no download link, no management of family members.

And I see this hasn't been unresolved for over a month, appears MS is incapable of fixing its services in a timely manor these days.

Tried Edge, FF & Brave all equal the same result.

Same issue here. Really disturbing that Microsoft can't fix an issue like this. Makes one wonder why they should ever use Microsoft 365!

    Same issue with me.

Windows 11 using Edge w/current updates, so 100% Microsoft issue somewhere.

Without access to my Services & Subscriptions I am unable to update my Office 365.

Disturbing to see how long this has been going on with no resolution in sight.

Subscription model for software products are OK, HOWEVER the company must be able to process those subscriptions or they leave the consumer out in the cold.
