I am not able to look at my subscriptions. I have tried the past threads on this which have no resolution. I have tried talking to Microsoft support, who told me that I was required to wait 48 hours and try again. But it has been weeks, and this is not going away. Is it possible to talk to someone at Microsoft who can fix the error? This is on their server backend.

Mine has been broken for weeks now, I can't access my subscriptions page no matter what browser or device I try.

Mine is also broken still!

Not a solution but a slight workaround.
If you sign in to Windows (mine is Windows 11 if it matters) using your Microsoft account which has subscription. In Settings > Account Info you can see your M365 subscriptions and its expiry date. Also your xbox game pass subscription.
Anything more takes you to the webpage and that is broken.

Hoping this helps someone. I figured it out after weeks of trying in different browsers in different devices.

After i received your comment i checked and mine is now working. I think thats about a week all up it was down
