I am not able to look at my subscriptions. I have tried the past threads on this which have no resolution. I have tried talking to Microsoft support, who told me that I was required to wait 48 hours and try again. But it has been weeks, and this is not going away. Is it possible to talk to someone at Microsoft who can fix the error? This is on their server backend.

    I am continually astounded by the lack of Microsoft's ability to fix their products. If it were not for using this suite at work, I would not be using. This has been going on for months with no resolution or acknowledgement of inconvenience its causing their customers. There are not many applications with zero issues, but this is a huge one for Microsoft as it impacts the ability for customers to share their product with family members. I am sure there is some bizarre language that prevents taking legal action in their EULA, but it would serve them right for incompetence and silence.

    Shoot I’m surprised anyone has even gotten someone on the phone to be put on hold cause anytime I call it wants me to go online to chat with someone.

    Calling MS Support is useless. Don't waste your time if you're trying to get assistance. They will put you on hold or just hang up on you because they don't know how to address the situation. I really hope Microsoft figures this out.

    Same here. Time to use Libre Office or just switch completely to MacOS.

    This has attained the level of incompetence & mismanagement that will require a class action suit to correct IMO. Microsoft has become too big to fail and simply doesn’t care.
