I am not able to look at my subscriptions. I have tried the past threads on this which have no resolution. I have tried talking to Microsoft support, who told me that I was required to wait 48 hours and try again. But it has been weeks, and this is not going away. Is it possible to talk to someone at Microsoft who can fix the error? This is on their server backend.

I have a similar problem. I'm trying to stop my Xbox subscription but I can't. I can't remove my card either saying that i have existing subscription. The only way is to cancel my card which is not practical for me because of subscription in other services.

Microsoft please fix this. I've been charged subscription which I don't use for 3 months. This is outright theft!!!!

This worked for me. I was able to enter the Product Code from under the scratch-off on the Military Appreciation Edition Microsoft 365 card. My order history even shows the added subscription. I still cannot access the Manage Subscription section. I get the same error everyone else has been having; however, the renewal reminder has disappeared in my Microsoft 365 apps.

Been trying for weeks and have the same issue. I've tried 5 computers, 3 PC, 1 Mac, 1 Linux, multiple browsers, Home, Pro and workstation versions of WIN11.

Honestly I think it is an integration issue. One thing that popped up recently on my mobile 365, was that I could not open a Word document because I was not allowing all my 365 to share information, which made no sense since my settings were set to sharing information. I think they are trying to get AI integration and data mining across all platforms and versions of platforms, even things that have been in place for a decade, and it is no going well for them.

$100 says if I deleted all my windows accounts and information, and started from scratch, as if I was just born today, it would work fine. But since I've been around since dialup internet and the first version of hotmail, my stuff is not integrating properly. Just my pained and annoyed opinion. -MB

This is NOT A FIX. For a small percentage of users who luck in to this particular PC configuration, there might be a way for them to do the subset of actions they were trying to do in Windows rather than the web page, but certainly you cannot "manage your subscription" here. This issue is NOT FIXED.

All, please keep in mind that Microsoft reads these, and then their techs send people to these posts and claim "look it's fixed there's no problem" - which is FALSE.
