Hi, I'm not able to paste any images that I have copied onto a blank Microsoft Whiteboard. I haven't experienced this problem until today. Does anyone know how to fix this? I've tried closing the application, restarting my computer, repairing the app in settings, uninstalling and reinstalling the app etc. Only appears to not work in this application as I can still paste images on other apps e.g. Word.

I think it's working now all! I just tried it on my personal account and it worked. I also have a school account, there weren't any problems there, the issue was only with the free personal Microsoft Whiteboard accounts.
So we can no longer use that feature! This is most frustrating! Imagine having to do this multiple times in a lesson when people are paying for your time!
MYT 6:19 PM. It is still not working. When I started using today (it had been a week I didn't use the Whiteboard), the pasting image isn't working. Other features work well. For the undo's, don't paste any images into the Whiteboard and you are good to undo anything. If you accidentally made a paste, close the whole Whiteboard window and open it again, this will fix the issue.
I hope all of this helps. I have also been facing the same issue, so let's just wait for the bug to be fixed.
Same here, I use it daily for my teaching job and it has been several days and it's still not working. Apart from the copying and pasting of images, I also noticed that the undo-redo buttons weren't working as well.
As of today April 15, the undo-redo buttons are working again, but still no luck for the copy and paste commands, either for images or for handwritten text or other elements in the writing space.
Edit: the undo-redo buttons just worked a few times and then they stopped working.
I also need this feature. It is critical for my teaching job! I hope this is resolved soon! I again went to the Microsoft support page this morning, and did at least an hour with another consultant, who went onto my computer and tried to solve the issue. I have a new case number. I was told that this would be sent to technical department to resolve and again wait another 24 hours and it should be resolved! Let's hope that they can finally solve this issue! My lessons are very slow without this feature!
