Not able to paste any images onto Microsoft whiteboard

Hi, I'm not able to paste any images that I have copied onto a blank Microsoft Whiteboard. I haven't experienced this problem until today. Does anyone know how to fix this? I've tried closing the application, restarting my computer, repairing the app in settings, uninstalling and reinstalling the app etc. Only appears to not work in this application as I can still paste images on other apps e.g. Word.

    Hi there everyone,

    Thank you so much for all your replies to my original post. It was reassuring to know it was not just me experiencing this problem! I am glad we have been able to share our experiences and help each other out in one way or another. The paste function is working for me again as others have already mentioned. Hopefully we don’t run into any issues with it again! All the best to all of you.

    I have been also facing the same issue since April 13 morning. Not sure what microsoft is doing, - can we escalate this any further on social media for them to recognize the severity of the issue?

    I am also dependent on the whiteboard app for my Math lesson with students.

    1. The lag starts after an hour of using the whiteboard - so it still persists
    2. The paste function is not working at all, no matter what you try
    3. And the undo function also doesn't work

    Now I am really curious.

    How are you supposed to "paste de screenshot into your Whiteboard canvas", if pasting is not supported?

    This is indeed absurd! I think they are just looking for a reason to cover the bug that they had just made. If the latest version of Whiteboard doesn't support copy pasting images (which is not a bug, they removed it), why I can't undo anything when I copy paste an image? This is not how it works. Also, removing the copy paste images feature is definitely not a good update as this feature makes it easy for people to paste an image and do their businesses, lessons and more.

    I have the same problem on version 24.10328.108 in Windows 11. I can neither paste images nor press the undo button. It has been happening to me for two days. I tried uninstalling and rebooting pc, but it didn't work either
