Access denied to Microsoft support

I am using Windows 11 Pro and am a Microsoft 365 subscriber. I am looking to get support on a problem I am having with one of the Office applications. But, when logged into my Microsoft account I click on Microsoft support, I get the following message: "Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://support.microsoft.com/%7Blang-locale%7D/home/contact" on this server".

Does anybody know how to solve this problem?

    I am have similar issues and can't get support. They aren't sending verification emails so I can't make some needed changes and it's telling me it may take 30 days without the email code that isn't being sent. Frustrating

    I have not received any further updates from Microsoft on this problem, I'm afraid.

    The problem is intermittent. Right now, as I am composing this reply, the link at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/home/contact?SourceApp=smc2&ContactUsExperienceEntryPointAssetId=S.HP.SmcContactUsLanding does work for me.

    June 23, I have this same problem, now a week old, if not more. So much for optimism about Microsoft taking care of business. We can't get support for support. How crazy can it get? Everybody doing AI instead?

    I'm in Northern Europe too but I am still getting this error. Using any of the suggested links.
