How can I contact the Complaints Department?

This is a complete JOKE. I bought MS Word 365 Personal. It will not transfer any documents to another computer. So I buy Office 365 Personal.

This program is so antagonist to other programs, the database I use for my documents will not work with Office because Microsoft refuses to allow people to use their programs on their own machines, now you MUST use the CLOUD and give Microsoft access and control over your data, your programs, and your ability to integrate other programs into MS word. Individual users are **** because MS wants to pull every single last drop of money out of you before you die- and give you nothing in return. By the time I'm 80 years old, I will have paid Microsoft hundreds of thousands of dollars for what? Ability to access the materials, documents, and information that *I* (NOT MICROSOFT) created.

Microsoft is now a **** product. Time to call in DOJ's antitrust division because this is ridiculous!!!

Absolutely correct Willie. All telephone numbers lead to the same non-human quoting the website information which, as we all now, know leads nowhere because the links do not work. At least Microsoft has not asked us to rate their performance. They do not give a damn anyway.

This is a joke .. you have a service that is broke and a customer has to jump through hoops just to reach tech support it’s bs ..

half these damn links don’t work and it’s just a run around.. worst experience ever that could of been resolved if there was a actual number to a human ..

What can we do?
