I challenged three charges which amounted to over £290 and was given and email to say the refund was on its way and it's never been deposited into my account. I have called the helpline SEVERAL times and have been fobbed off. Where can I lodge a formal complaint?

If I had a dollar for every time Microsoft has made me either change a password, set up authentication, create a second email to protect my first email, or lost or sold my data etc.. I would not have to go to work anymore. You tell us you are concerned for the privacy and security of our accounts but I can smell **** from a mile away. Everyday this company creates its own problems and then makes the customers pay the price for their mistakes. Dear Novel London, they do not care if you ever get those charges fixed, They tell every person that they care so much and send you to a robot for 3 hours and then hang up on you. I would suggest tucking your tail in-between your legs and walking the walk of shame and no longer choosing to do business with them. I would like to break the news to you because Microsoft is too cowardly to do so.
