My computer is continusly asking me to sign into my microsoft 365 account through outlook or in settings. I put my password in, then 30 minutes later it asks for it again. Today I got the error message 29 stating it could not update my license. I checked to make sure it was active and my billing was updated and all was good. Please advise.

    I'm running Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2407 Build 16.0.17830.20056) 64-bit.

    This is a bug.

Outlook will not activate itself while running in a RemoteApp session. You must connect to full RDP, activate it, then you can use your RemoteApp session. You don't have to disconnect or log out of your existing RemoteApp session, just make sure Outlook is closed, connect to full RDP, activate, close and log out, and then curse Microsoft's name for bad coding. Don't worry, I'm sure 10 years from now this will still be a bug in the latest Outlook.

    Dear Chris,

If it is convenient, could you upload some screenshots showing the error message in your environment for our reference?

Meanwhile, please open an Office application and upload a full screenshot of the Account page for our confirmation. You can access teh page via clicking on File>Account.

Note: Remove any private information before uploading the screenshots.

per your description, the issue happens in Outlook, may I know whether other Office applications have such issues?

Thank you for your effort and time.

    Sincerely

    Cliff | Microsoft Community Moderator
