How do I dispute unauthorized charges

I have 100’s of dollars of unauthorized charges for November 2022 & January 2023.

I’ve tried to contact you via phone & email.

Please help me!!!

    If it was a fraudulent charge then you should be working with your Financial Institution to have it reversed.

    Hello,

    I have spoke with your CS several times they are telling to reply back to the NO-Reply email box which I have with no response. My account was hacked by someone in brazil which I have an email confirming. I was charged over $600. I requested a refund which only a few charges were refunded since you only allow so many per year.

    This process should not be this hard for fraudulent charges.

    want to talk to a live person about unauthorized charges. This is ridiculous that you can not talk to a live person about this problem and get refunded. I am tired of trying to do it on the computer. My phone number is 515 230 3630
