How do I dispute unauthorized charges

One of the cards that was used, I had just activated 4 days prior and made a purchase on a non-Microsoft webpage. I must have inadvertently agreed to have Microsoft store the card, because it was there is my Microsoft account where the fraudulent purchase were made (9 subscriptions to Xbox live and we haven’t used our xbox in years). People need to know it is not safe to store their card on Microsoft.

Same issue, thousands of dollars in fraudulent charges and can't find any way to contact Microsoft for help.

I am having the same problem. When I open order history it only has options to redeem or view product key, not to request a refund. Your help system just sends me in circles. There seems to be no way to get an actual person and no options to select in your automated system that describe my problem. I am about ready to get rid of all Microsoft products and subscriptions entirely. I have an iMac I can start using instead of this PC.

My name is Calvin Hogg on May 21 i signed up for office for an amount 75.75 twice on the same day. it is showing on my statement with both charges. it should be only one charge. can you credit 75.75 back to my credit card last 4 of credit card is 2006. My cell number is 409 363 3747...... Thanks
