Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
I got the same issue after switching to the New Outlook view and having it installed. That is the first time this message has come.

This suddenly popped out of a device. What does this mean? What should we do?
"mddprov account has removed your workplace account and deleted all of the information associated with your workplace account (including business apps, password requirements, and other policies) from your device."
Have checked the Settings > Accounts and the account is still connected to that same device.

We worked with Trend and Microsoft, to add these exclusions and we still have users that get the constant sign in issues. Microsoft replied to my ticket that this is a known issue, they are working with their engineers to resolve the issue.
For those having repeated sign-in requests (and ultimately the mddprov notice): If you use Trend Micro Worry-Free Business Security (TMWFBS) for Anti-Virus, This may help. I was looking for solutions and found THIS REDDIT POST that described our issue. What the page recommended was adding specific exclusions to TMWFBS' scanners. I figured it couldn't get any worse than it already was so I did it. So far, nearly two weeks later, no sign-in requests nor any mddprov notices. I'm still monitoring the issue and not 100% convinced this is solved, but it has certainly helped, so I wanted to pass along what I did:
From the management dashboard for TMWFBS, I clicked Devices > Desktop Group’s Gear/Setting icon > Configure Policy
Hope this helps!
Hi
We are experiencing the same problem, but with a kicker, some users local profile has been deleted, the folder c:\users%username% is just gone, the registry key for the profile remains so the user just gets an user profile error. I am not 100 percent sure that this is related, but this problem started in our organization a week ago at about the same time the error in this thread started to appeared as well.
Just wondering did anyone experience something similar?
No options, after clicking Modify I select Quick Repair at the "How would you like to repair your Microsoft 365 and Office programs?" prompt, then click repair. Then it goes right to "Ready to start a Quick Repair?"
App is Microsoft 365 Apps for business - en-us version 16.0.16130.20332, connecting to an on-prem hybrid exchange server if that makes a difference.
I do agree with Kevin that a weekend may be calling it too soon, but all other fix attempts had the issue reoccurring pretty quickly, and especially first thing in the morning, so here's hoping.
Update: As of Tuesday morning the issue is reoccurring, a quick repair still stopped the sign in request and mddprov notification from showing up on reboot.
The Microsoft 365 Apps for Business version went from 16.0.16130.20332 to 16.0.16227.20280, so it updated while the machine was powered on overnight. Perhaps this is contributing to the issue?
