Device management notification

This suddenly popped out of a device. What does this mean? What should we do?

"mddprov account has removed your workplace account and deleted all of the information associated with your workplace account (including business apps, password requirements, and other policies) from your device."

Have checked the Settings > Accounts and the account is still connected to that same device.

I was afraid someone would say that... I hate not knowing what's causing problems and hate it more that I can't fix it. Especially when we're (apparently) doing nothing wrong/improperly. I'll keep informing my team of the occurrences. Microsoft will get tired of hearing about it and actually fix what's broken.

    Thanks for the response!

I tried the same and it didn't change the outcome. There is no shortage on things that I have tried and so far nothing has alleviated the issue. Same as you, I have had people go many days to even weeks without issue then all of a sudden get blasted with no rhyme or reason.

To be honest, a weekend isn't enough time to know if this is an actual fix. I've had people go for 10 days with no issue and then it starts up again. I'm getting no information from my support team and nothing that I've found online has cured it yet. (I've had 4 users with the symptoms just today.)

I'm curious to know if anyone having these issues gets the message in the image below. I've started unchecking the box allowing the organization to manage the device this morning with the thought that this registers the device with Intune and thus causes the mddprov notice.

Curious which options you selected in the Quick Repair? I've attempted this many times for many users and more often than not I just get an error stating "We cannot fix your issue".

I have a couple devices that are seeing this as well. Microsoft is not saying anything?

    Interesting.
