I can't remove the old (expired) credit card.
And I can't add a new credit card.
It keeps saying the same error message
"Check the info you entered. It doesn't match the info for this card."
Despite all info entered being accurate.

Same problem a year later. Probabaly at least 1,025 people fighting to update now.

I got a USD credit card loaded to my account but will not take payment because the billing is in Rupiah. I live in Bali and my rupiah card is a debit card with my Bali Address which I cannot enter the details. I still need your help with this. Could you change the billing to USD and then I will try to pay with the card that is saved to the account. Thanks Carol
I made payment of Rs. 689/- on 12.04.2025 the same is not credited to Microsoft account, my account subscription shows it is not renewed.

I am replying to you as you seem to be very knowledgeable about Microsoft. Here is my problem.
We had been paying double on two separate accounts for Microsoft for well over a year and I couldn't change anything. I am not a techy person.
Then we switched banks and both payments were to be stopped. I let one drop and put the information for the new debit card for the monthly payment. This solved that problem.
Now my husband recently had to get a new debit card because the old one was hacked, and at that same time Microsoft tried to debit our old card for the monthly payment, and it declined.
I went into the link that was on the email I received and was about to enter the new card information when I realized that the account that the link connected me to was the very, very old account that we dropped a couple of years ago and had nothing to do with the account that we have been paying for. In the meantime, I had to change the password to get in and now I don't know what to do without talking to someone, but Microsoft does not have any phone number that I can call. If you can help me in any way with a phone number or contact of any kind, I would be so grateful. I have looked online for directions, but nothing pertains to my particular problem.
