I can't remove the old (expired) credit card.
And I can't add a new credit card.
It keeps saying the same error message
"Check the info you entered. It doesn't match the info for this card."
Despite all info entered being accurate.

I cannot change the old expired card number to a new number

Why am I receiving this message because I did not purchase a Laptop with 365.
Also, my payment of $75.05 was charged to my Visa Card on file with Microsoft and it was
processed correctly and I received the receipt from Microsoft.
Please get your records straight and STOP sending me these messages.

I purchased new laptop with FREE 365 offer. Had 365 on old laptop but it died. Will not accept payment method.
