Hello

Just recently, I have been getting this error on some on my OneNote notebooks and while I can force a sync, the process takes an exceedingly long time and does resolve itself only to reappear later in the day.

I have tried to copy sections into a new notebook only to have the problem reoccur.

OneNote can't connect to the network. We'll try to sync your notes when the network is available. (Error code: 0xE000006B b6d09)

I can open the notebook via the web app but the sections that do not synchronize show an error.

I am sure that the network is not the issue.

    Try: Reference https://forum.kaspersky.com/topic/ms-teams-only-works-when-i-disable-my-kaspersky-35859/?do=findComment&comment=144325 There is a suspicion that this is an old bug that has already been fixed in new versions.
    Please try this solution:

    • Open Kaspersky app, selectSettings⚙, selectGeneral, uncheck Enable Self-Defense, select Save, select Yes - to confirm the action.
    • ExitKaspersky app - on the Windows taskbar or hidden icons, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select Exit.
    • Go to folder *C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP21.3\Report* and delete the contents = all files and folders.
    • StartKaspersky app.
    • Enable Self-Defense.
    • Restart your computer and check the issue

    Another solution: Reinstall Kaspersky Total Security antivirus without saving data

    OMG - do *NOT* do this

    if you had latest updates on OneNoteDesktop - and it doesn't sync to other One Notes (in Teams, in Web, in OneDrive) - you lose all your changes...

    I had 3 days worth of important company info, emptied the cache and all the changes are wiped out!!!!
