Junk Emails Suddenly going to Inbox Feb 2023

Hi, I had my hotmail account for over 20 years and I never had an issue like this. As of this morning at 4am ALL of my junk emails are going to my inbox. No settings have been amended.

Since I've had this account for many years every 5 minutes I receive a junk in my inbox. Ive searched for a solution online but all I can see is for outlook and not outlook/hotmail 365. I've tried everything at this point, from rules to flagging wit no help. Has anyone experienced the same? Microsoft doesnt seem to have a customer service team to help?

    I'm having the same issue. In the last hour I've had at least a dozen junk emails to come straight to my inbox. I thought Outlook was supposed to have a filter to keep the junk emails out of the inbox. Apparently that filter isn't working. Outlook needs an update to fix this and SOON. The SOONER the BETTER.

    I am having the same issue. All the proper filters are applied.

    I really hope this is fixed soon.

    Outlook has been horrible lately. Especially with the added advertisements in your inbox and the useless focus box I am about to stop using it all together.

    I have the same issue. I've usesd Microsoft outlook for my emails for over 20 years. I have made no changes to my account and this morning I had 48 junk emails in my inbox. As I write this more junk emails are going to my inbox. What's up with that? I get over 100 junk emails every day!!!

    Same here... I also have my settings to only deliver mails from my safe senders list to my inbox, but all spam and fishing mails are being delivered to my inbox
