Junk Emails Suddenly going to Inbox Feb 2023

Hi, I had my hotmail account for over 20 years and I never had an issue like this. As of this morning at 4am ALL of my junk emails are going to my inbox. No settings have been amended.

Since I've had this account for many years every 5 minutes I receive a junk in my inbox. Ive searched for a solution online but all I can see is for outlook and not outlook/hotmail 365. I've tried everything at this point, from rules to flagging wit no help. Has anyone experienced the same? Microsoft doesnt seem to have a customer service team to help?

Many thanks

This is the third time in the past year this has happened to me, and frankly, I’m getting a bit tired of it. I keep wondering why this is some thing they cannot fix, and fix permanently.

Yes, every day, All day! Blocking and Reporting Junk and Phishing emails to Microsoft Doesn't Help to stop it!

Looks like problem fixed. I'm getting junk mail into my junk folder now. First one in came about 10 AM MDT. Microsoft owes us an apology.

I never click those. I go to my account and check login activity there.
