Brought here by a search? Sorry but the only two possible solutions in the thread (worked for 2 people) are on page 9.

I'm trying to create a E5 Subscription but when I get to phone verification step, I get an error while trying to send the code to my phone number:

We can't continue with the signup process for the following reason:

  • Your phone number did not pass security checks.

I've been using this phone number for over 10 years.

Microsoft 365 and Office | Subscription, account, billing | For education | Other

    6 years phone number didn't make it through this masterpiece security checking system.Seems ms are just blocking whoever they want. Is this monopoly?

    I've been using this phone number for over 10 years.

    Same problem facing with the verification as I am not receiving any code on my phone number but when I checked with another number it is working properly and then again I tried with my number but again I am not getting any code..
