    I totally agree this is a problem that needs fixing. Every day I have to wade thru sev hundred e mails in my Junk file to find the 2 or 3 that should have come to my inbox. I fume at MS every time I have to deal with this.

    Any Button supplied by a fake email will lead where? never click on a link in any email your not sure of.

    I signed in to my account and looked at recent activity. There were a bunch of unsuccessful sign in attempts, none from the location identified in the email, and the only successful ones were from my account. It's remarkable how real these emails look, but I know mine are clearly spam.

    Exactly. That's why even when I'm sure about a link I still don't click on it, I go directly to the source.
