After searching online in vain to troubleshoot an issue for over an hour....

does anyone have a number to Microsoft help (where a human being answers?)

    I was trying to add another email to Outlook. 

    I clicked on add account , manually added, it says it is working on it; however, then says error could not add. a

    Are you trying to add an account to the Windows 10 Mail app or are you trying to sync another account to an outlook.com account?
