After searching online in vain to troubleshoot an issue for over an hour....

does anyone have a number to Microsoft help (where a human being answers?)

    Hallo

    Thanks for contacting me

    I am working already many years with Windows 10 and Office 365

    It happens often that OUTLOOK stops working

    I go then back to PROGRAMMES

    Once I have programmes I REPAIR office either in the quick mode but more often only big repair gives me the answers

    Could you tell me what is wrong and why this happens so often!!!

    Blocking should send these to the Junk folder. It does not prevent them from reaching your account at all.

    Are they being sent to Junk?

    I have been receiving 8 to 10 emails a day saying "Get Microsoft Office 2019 ProPlus 32/64 Bit Lifetime License Genuine key for (5 pc) Limited Time  Re:by"  I have put this to be blocked and I still get it.  And it says it is from Microsoft
