Cannot enable OneDrive 'Camera Upload'

Hello,

I want to free up space on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+.

When I try to enable 'Free up space on the device' in the OneDrive app, I get the message:

'Camera upload must be enabled ...'

The problem is that there is no camera upload setting anymore.

Or am I missing something here ...?

I use the latest version of Android and version 6.1.1 of OneDrive.

    I deleted my Samsung account. Then I restarted. Now OneDrive works perfectly. 

    Deleted from where exactly?

    After a long time, I found a quick solution. 

    I deleted my Samsung account. Then I restarted. Now OneDrive works perfectly. 

    I had tried everything else. Reset the apps by deleting data and cash. Uninstall and reinstall apps. Remove the connection of Samsung to the Microsoft account. Remove permissions of Samsung Gallery. Enable permissions of OneDrive. Restart the phone multiple times. Samsung Gallery kept screwing OneDrive. Nothing worked. I did not uninstall the Office apps, but problem solved.

    I am a family 365 subscriber.

    Here is what I tried that did not work:

    I cleared cache. 

    I signed out and back in. 

    I cleared storage. 

    I logged into onedrive.live.com and moved all my photos in the Camera Roll to another folder, in the case that duplicate names was the problem.

    I uninstalled the OneDrive app and reinstalled.

    I restarted my Router and Access Points

    The only solution I found was to UNINSTALL WORD, ONENOTE, ONEDRIVE, OFFICE LENS, MATH and restart the phone and reinstall those apps. For some reason, it then worked fine.

    It is completely insane that the upload function can stop like that, without users being aware of it. My camera upload appears to be turned off spontaneously for months. Unacceptable, Microsoft!
