After making a picture in Office Lens, and saving is to Onedrive, more and more files keep transferring, trying to upload. This is not happening all times, but I think it has to do with the internet connection at the moment of saving. Normally, the transferring time is aborted by a time-out, and you can retry to upload the (pdf) file. Most times it works, but now is stays in transfering mode and I cannot access the picture anymore. Please support me.

Used office Lens for a number of years. Now completely unreliable as Transfers about 8 in 10 files. Two files lost, Never to be got back. No backup. (Important scans) Cant rely on it anymore. Some files get stuck in Transferring, and are lost, no way to retrieve them. Seems crazy to develop a program when it cant do the simple thing of keeping what you scan. Gives you a false sense of achievement when in fact you are wasting your time and reputation using office lens.

OneDrive E3 won't upload photos from Lens.
It uploads to OneNote, PDF.
Additionally, Photo sync with OneDrive randomly chooses photos for perpetual "Transferring" status.
Please help. I've reinstalled all MS Office mobile apps. It did not fix.
My network connection is 150 mbs.

I am experiencing exactly the same issue - dozens of files stuck in 'Transferring....' and have been since 28 November 2019.
Like many others here, these are critical files that would be costly (& embarrassing) to recapture if I have to return to my client, get them to recover the files from their archive so that I can re-scan due to a fault with Microsoft's app. I thought Microsoft was supposed to be the gold standard?
Please can we have an update of the steps taken by Microsoft to fix this apparently common problem since it was first raised many months ago?
