I purchased a New computer in 2019 from Office Depot.

It is now toast and does not work.  I was forced to purchase a NEW

one and I wish to reload my Office Home & Student software onto

    my NEW computer.

I have attempted to do so but receive notification that it has already been used.

Please help me used your this software package on my new computer.

    Thank you

Thanks in advance for your help

I got a 25 character key for Office Home and student 2019.  I couldnt load it.  I called microsoft and they helped me through it, but it still wouldnt load, and says I should go back to the retailer, which I did.  THey said it was activated fine and the problem is with Microsoft.

So in reading the answers in this group chat, I found that I was supposed to remove the preinstalled version of Office 365.  I did that today, but Office 2019 still wont load.  What am I doing wrong?

Kevin, please start your own thread with a question.  Post under the correct forum, that is, which version of Windows, and which version of Office.  Also, you need to say what you need help with.  If you post your own question you will attract the attention of other people on the forum.  Posting at the end of this thread is not a good idea.

Judy,  not sure what you mean so I may have misunderstood your post.  Try creating a new Microsoft Account  (or sign in) using the same email address and password you used to create the account that 'does not exist' from here: https://account.microsoft.com/account  If it lets you create the account try again to setup Office.

Before you do that go to the top right hand side of this page.  You should see your name an Avatar (head shape)>click on it>See if you can sign in or see>My Microsoft Account>Click on it>Is it the same Microsoft Account that you tried to use to setup Office?
