how to install office home and student 2019 on a new computer

We just bought a new computer and a copy of office home and student 2019 and can not get it to load.

    How did you purchase Office? Directly from Microsoft or from somewhere else? 

    General instructions can be found at Download and install or reinstall Microsoft 365 or Office 2019 on a PC or Mac - Office Support. As part of the setup, you associate your product with a Microsoft account.

    Same Question- all i get is more ?  i dont want **** about twitter or face book etc. how do i get to a site which enables entering the data from my Card" and receipt??
