Good day all,
I have an Acer Aspire ES 15 running 64bit Windows 10 and Office 2010 Professional.
I've just built this machine from new and the only application or situation where 2 fingered scrolling on the touchpad doesn't work is Excel 2010.
Following some online advice I ran a fix which didn't fix it.
I also uninstalled Office 2010. That's when I found out Office 365 was pre-installed. I uninstalled that as well. I have now performed a fresh install of Office 2010 and still have the same problem with Excel 2010 only.
Btw, this is happening for all excel files whether they have freeze panes or not.
Any thoughts or help would be much appreciated.

Hello,
We have identified the root cause of the problem and have a fix and are working on integrating that fix into an update to Windows. I don't have an ETA yet as to when the fix will be available, but it is in-progress.
