OK, KB4089848 update finally has fixed my Excel scroll problem, but MSAccess still doesn't respond properly to 2-finger touchpad scroll for (e.g.) query results. I mean, there *is* a response *sometimes*, but it's always intermittent and never smooth.
Everything else (from *other* suppliers) works fine.
While I'm here, how about Microsoft getting to deal with the REAL world: lots of us are on limited data connections (3G, 4G, ...) and really need better control of downloads in this wretched "Win10 as Service" regime. For example, (a) tell us explicitly
how many Mb (or Gb) for each download, and (b) let us specify *when* (including time of day) would be acceptable for these to be downloaded. Actually, 'Metered Hours' for WiFi Connections (like the current 'Active Hours' feature) would be good.
25 years ago I had software colleagues who regarded Microsoft as the devil incarnate, and I thought that they were being ridiculous. Now I have finally seen their point. Unfortunately it seems we can't do without you.
JM (Win10 1709 16299.334 and BTW how about making the text in *All* your info panels and error message dialogues copiable?)
