If you receive this error when trying to install Office 365 Home Premium/University:
“Something went wrong. Sorry, we ran into a problem. Go online for additional help. Error code 30088-4”
Use this article to remove Office and then try installing it again.

I have bought and received the micro soft office 2013 by email. I have tried various times to activate the code and I am unable to figure out why it will not work. It keeps saying wrong email, wrong password when I know I am putting in the right email.
I have uninstalled re-installed and I am still having issues with excel.. I have done everything you have recommended by starting excel in safe mode and remove add-ins...but nothing still will not let me start excel when I open regular mode.. i am thoroughly disappointed in 365 office it has been nothing but a pain to operate.
