Cannot install office 2013 Error "Microsoft office professional plus 2013 encountered an error during setup"

hello, 

I got the problem when i want to install microsoft office 2013. The Problem is when i click the setup, setup is running well at the first time. But when the installation almost finish, appear notification "microsoft office professional plus 2013 encountered an error during setup" then i click close and appear notification again " microsoft setup bootstrapper has stopped working".  previously, i had installed microsoft office 2013 preview and i uninstalled please help me solve this problem.

Now i already installed office 2010, i want install office 2013,

    updated post..

    i started both the services that the task scheduler was depended on..but the task scheduler is not starting it shows the error that "the service is disabled because it is not in use of any other service or program.." help me with this problem please..

    Could you please tell me which two services you started in order to start task-sheduler-service??

    Life saviour! This was exactly my problem, it worked for me.

    Although WMI was running fine, when I checked Task Scheduler dependencies it gave me that "WMI not found" error.
