Cannot install office 2013 Error "Microsoft office professional plus 2013 encountered an error during setup"

hello, 

I got the problem when i want to install microsoft office 2013. The Problem is when i click the setup, setup is running well at the first time. But when the installation almost finish, appear notification "microsoft office professional plus 2013 encountered an error during setup" then i click close and appear notification again " microsoft setup bootstrapper has stopped working".  previously, i had installed microsoft office 2013 preview and i uninstalled please help me solve this problem.

Now i already installed office 2010, i want install office 2013,

    The easy fix tool from microsoft solved it:

    https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Uninstall-Office-from-a-PC-9dd49b83-264a-477a-8fcc-2fdf5dbf61d8?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US#OfficeVersion=2013

    click ok to remove all office version

    I did that, restart and I had the windows asking if I agree the terms of condition etc. (did not show before)

    After a few days if not a week trying to get the install office professional plus 2013 to work, this last few reminders helped.  What Mayank listed here is a good summary of all the steps I had seen with exception for 1) %appdata **%**2) disable anti-virus.  Regardless this helped and I was successful so I wanted to say thanks.
