I am getting the error, “Something went wrong. Sorry, we ran into a problem. Go online for additional help. 30088-4” when trying to install Office 2013. What should I do?

Hi Naman,

If you receive this error:

“Something went wrong. Sorry, we ran into a problem. Go online for additional help. Error Code 30088-4”

Use this article to remove Office and then try installing it again.

    Office home and student quit  working. when I tried to reinstall I got error30088-4

    You will need to log into www.office.com/myaccount with the credentials that you set up when you originally purchased the software.
