I just bought a subscription to Office 365 and entered my email and password for my Microsoft account and the program is telling me that it doesn't recognize that account, which is the only MS account I have and so definitely the one that I used to install the program for the trial period.

I tried the Frequently Asked Questions site and did not obtain a suitable answer.

Call customer support and have them sort it out.  Sometimes, the payment updates do not sync with the user/customer info and they don't communicate with each other.

I made 3 calls and finally reached someone in the U.S. who stayed on-line until we could resolve the issue.  If you get someone on the other side of the pond or India, you may not get it resolved on a timely basis.  Just hang up until you get someone stateside.  I did and it was resolved in less than 10 minutes.

Let me know how long it takes you to get a resolution.  I share my challenges with Corporate Relations so they can address them from the top down.

    Best Regards,

    E.J. Ramirez
