I just bought a subscription to Office 365 and entered my email and password for my Microsoft account and the program is telling me that it doesn't recognize that account, which is the only MS account I have and so definitely the one that I used to install the program for the trial period.

I'm having the same problem. I've activated the trial version and the trial has expired. I then bought a new license of Microsoft office 365. Removed the old office and installed the new one, using the link from the MS office account. When I open the Outlook I got a notice to activate the product. I entered the exact same account and I got the message that my account isn't associated with the office product.

This is crazy, because it's the same used account and I do not have another one. I'm attaching my subscriptions and the error.  If I don't get a solution ASAP, I'll cancel this subscription, which I can't use.
