I’m having problems installing Office, how do I fix this?

Do you know the exact error you’re getting?

Depending on the error or the problem, there are different steps you can take and there are Microsoft articles that can help. For example:

If you get an error that contains “integratedoffice.exe”, look at this article: Fix integratedoffice.exe install errors in Office 2013 or Office 365.

If the installation is hanging at different percentages, look at this article: Microsoft Office 2013 or Office 365 hangs during setup.

If the download is very slow, look at this article: Downloading Office 2013 is slow.

    Hello,

    Question for you!

    I'm using a Toshiba Laptop 2 months old with Office 360 pre-installed. I used the trial for 30 days. I went to office max brought the key for 5 PC'S 1 year membership. I opened the packed and tried to follow the instructions that are not correct. Directions as as on the packet

    1, Scatch off label on the card blow to locate 25 key

    Which I have done and can red the 25 key

    2,On your PC or MAC, go to www.office.com/setup

    I went to this web site, there is no place link or tab to input the 25 key. Nothing!

    3, Enter the 25 key.

    Where?

    4, Sign in with or create your microsoft account

    I already have an account so I logged in!

    5, Get office on your PC,Mac and mobile devices.

    Easier said than done?

    On my account page, I click the install tab, the exe file starts to download and windows it can not connect to microsoft and confirm (run anyway) (don't) My internet connection is working just fine!!!

    It starts to install then a box appears stating something went wrong and click on this link to the support page. So here I am.. Been battling this for over a week now and still no luck.! Thanks

    TRYING TO DOWNLOAD OFFICE HOME & STUDENT 2013 WORD EXCEL POWERPOINT & ONE NOTE. I DON'T THINK IT IS DOWNLOADING BECAUSE I CAN'T FIND AN ICON.
