Do you know the exact error you’re getting?

Depending on the error or the problem, there are different steps you can take and there are Microsoft articles that can help. For example:

If you get an error that contains “integratedoffice.exe”, look at this article: Fix integratedoffice.exe install errors in Office 2013 or Office 365.

If the installation is hanging at different percentages, look at this article: Microsoft Office 2013 or Office 365 hangs during setup.

If the download is very slow, look at this article: Downloading Office 2013 is slow.

There’s also an article that provides general troubleshooting steps for Office setup: General troubleshooting for installing Office 2013 and Office 365 .

You can also go to this page on Microsoft Support to find more Office 2013 install articles. Or, this page for Office 365 Home Premium articles.

If you’d rather contact support, look at this page for Office 2013 support options, and this page for Office 365 Home Premium support options.

I have used nothing but Microsoft since PC's became available (over 20 years).  This new Office disaster, and the lack of support to fix it, has finally been enough for me to switch to MAC.  Something has gone terribly wrong with this software and the company.

Office 365 download has been the worst thing that has happened to my PC.  "Corrupted" my OS according to tech guys who spent close to 8 hours working live on my PC, over 5 days.  Had to remove original Office install to make Visio work.  They installed a replacement Office 2007 (my original) which has now also failed.  Visio does not work, all of my Office files are locked, I've lost well over a week of work.  My entire PC, settings, files, is trashed.

DON'T TRY TO INSTALL MICROSOFT OFFICE 365!!

...hope this helps someone to not make the same mistake

customer service is nothing but transfers to other depts FYI

they simply don't know what to do.

Any Mods in here have a real solution?  I'm switching to MAC
