How to change the theme of Office 2013

With all of Microsoft's billions and software engineers I am sure they can find someone to take 15 mins to put together a new theme and include it in an update. Reminds me of the time I was at Costco and there were line-ups to the back of the store to pay. They had 8 checkouts unmanned and the manager said to me "yeah. It's always like this on Fridays."

Um. OK. So if you know it's always like this on Fridays but you don't staff the store and we are all supposed to reward you with our money??? I walked out, along with about 20 other people. I haven't been back since. It's frankly an insult, not unlike the rhetoric given in this, and other threads. I own 3 businesses, all with a staff of about 20 and we are now completely MS Free, saving money and everything works just fine. I was curious to see if this had changed but obviously not.

Isn't it unbelievable that this topic has been open for almost two years now, with the same lame response from Microsoft that they are measuring "pain points"? Office is their bread and butter and ignoring customer complaints about the horrible lack of themes has to be costing them millions, but they do nothing. What happened to the old Microsoft, the one that cared about its customers? The total arrogance displayed by them constantly posting the same absurd response to our complaints shows just how far they've fallen. Oh, how I miss Bill.

Here Here! I have been using Office since I can remember. The themes are hard on my eyes. I decided to open it again today to see if anything has changed. It hasn't. Back to Gmail

Well, Microsoft had the choice. Change it or lose my subscription. They chose to lose my subscription. I removed Office 365 and reinstalled Office 2010. So, I no longer care if Office 365 damages peoples' eyes.
