I just removed the Microsoft Office 2010 to reinstall a fresh one because the previous one is a trial and when I click start to use the Microsoft Office, it always load to page 4 of 4 and pop up an error saying that Microsoft Office is unable to start, I decided to remove it and brought to my school so the instructor can install a full version of Microsoft Office 2010 for me. But then inside the My Computer it automatically built up a "drive?" Microsoft Office Click-to-Run 2010 (Protected) (Q:) [doesn't have this drive at new bought]. I couldn't remove this nor using uninstall from the Control Panel. It run the uninstalling but while the process is popped up an error stated that the process cannot be complete. Please contact the Microsoft Product.
Anybody know the solution for this, please I need help.

This is by-design. The Click and Run version uses AppV [1] which creates this drive.

for me the regular uninstall worked, which is good because not only was the Q: drive annoying (although I didn't need Q for anything) the microsoft office click to run didn't even work!
Uninstalling Microsoft Office Click-to-Run should take care of it. If the uninstall won't run successfully on your system (as it would not on mine), try using the Microsoft Fix It utility for installation / uninstallation issues. It worked for me.

If you are talking about the Q: drive associated with Click 2 Run you have no control over the assignment. Someone(s) at MS decided they knew best and they give the user NO control. Apparently the closest you can come to controlling it is if you do the installation with the Q: and R: drives already assigned to something else. At least one person has posted that the installer recognized when the Q: was being used by something else. It is a "**** shoot", but you can give that a try.
I NEED Q drive to point somewhere else.
Please tell me where to find a solution to delete the drive or assign another drive letter.
