new outlook not syncing with gmail, no error message

My outlook stop receiving emails nor can I send emails from outlook. There is no error message from Outlook stating why it's not syncing.

I've checked gmail acct, IMAP is enabled.

I've logged out of Outlook and re-link my gmail acct to outlook, didn't work.

I've uninstalled the new Outlook and set everything up, still didn't work.

This is the new Outlook version that i'm working with. It stopped working yesterday at 3:30pm. Everything was working fine then suddenly I couldn't send an email then noticed no new emails were coming in.

    I have the same problem. Two GMail accounts, both stopped sending and receiving from Outlook yesterday (Thursday) morning.

    Running Windows 11 and the New Outlook - latest build:

    Microsoft Outlook Version: 1.2025.129.300 (Production)

    Client Version: 20250131002.08

    WebView2 Version: 132.0.2957.140

    Same problem. Outlook (new) 1.2025.129.300. No incoming mail. Outgoing mail is saved as draft, saying "This message hasn't been sent." "Something went wrong and we haven't sent your message yet." Please HELP!

    I have this same problem. Trying to setup a new outlook account and it says "communicating with . . . " and then it says error try again later. No connection to Gmail

    I am having the same issue. 

    I have one Gmail Account working fine, one that won't sync. Last email was yesterday.

     I'm on the New Outlook version 1.2025.129.300 (Production).
