New Outlook Categories in Favorites not showing mails

I have been categorizing my mails and adding the categories to the favorites. When clicking on the category in the favorites it showed me all mails in the category which was fine up to a couple of hours ago. Now it shows nothing. When I click the 3 dots it opens a pop up telling me "X items (0 unread)" but it doesn't show any items. The same goes in outlook.com in the web

Same problem here, but meanwhile I've found an easy workaround:

    • Select your (currently useless) favorite category label and you'll see the annoying message "there aren't any items in this category".
    • Then, click on Search and you'll get the selected category.
    • Press Enter and get your emails.

    Regards!

Exactly, Nate. Since Satya Nadella's appointment as CEO, Microsoft has experienced a decline, particularly evident in the Windows 11 saga.

Additionally, there has been a noticeable absence of Microsoft reps racing to address our issue here.
