Over the years, I have consistently tried to block unwanted senders to reduce phishing scams coming into my inbox. In recent weeks, the list of hundreds of blocked sites seem to have disappeared without me doing anything to delete them. When I now block senders, they appear on the list but when I log into Outlook on the web on another occasion, the list is blank again of blocked senders and it looks like my attempt to block sites is not saving.

I have experienced the same problem, more than once in recent weeks. What I have noticed is that sometimes when I access my "Blocked senders and domains" list it offers to Save or Discard changes, even though I have not made any changes and have simply accessed the list. More importantly, the list it is offering to Save is now empty.
Interestingly, an email that I added to the block list yesterday (via the standard web interface) seems to be still there. If anything that actually worries me more, as it sort of implies that my one single entry may have replaced the hundreds of emails I had in their prior.
At least Microsoft has kindly provided this space for us to shout fruitlessly into the void.
This issue has also Affected me. It has caused a large list compiled over several years to be gone in an instance. Not only that they have never offered a way to Export and import lists of Blocked Domains or emails into it either. Does not surprise me their AI programmers cant do jack and break everything. Seems to be the same with windows 11 as well. If they don't start to actually stabilize their systems then people might leave and look for better alternatives.
I, too, have had this issue for weeks now. However, in just the last couple of days, I have noticed that if I use the desktop app (MS365, Win 11), the block list is sticking. It's still not working on the web version (I use Chrome), but at least it's a baby step in the right direction.
How are you still managing to get to Classic view, Justen? I know there used to be a special URL for it ( https://outlook.live.com/owa/?path=/classic ), but that just opens the modern view for me these days.
Or are you talking about the Windows app version?
