Blocked senders and domains list has disappeared, Outlook now not saving blocked list

I had some users report this as well. I went to Outlook online and the "new" version and mine were gone also. If you open the classic version, your list should still be there, that is where I found mine. The users were also able to view the list from classic as well. To view, on home tab select the drop down by junk, and choose junk e-mail options. There will be a blocked sender tab. As for why they disappeared in the two other versions, I don't have an answer for that yet.

I have the same problem. I find it shameful that you limit yourselves to answering with ready-made answers, this is a BUG that should have High priority and you are doing absolutely nothing.

First, you should reestablish the lists of blocked senders that we all had, why else do you make backup copies? Then, disable whatever deleted them. But it is easier to look the other way.

Same issue here. I'm starting to assume it might have happened to everyone using Outlook.com. Like others here, I had hundreds of blocked emails and domains in that list that I've been building up for years.

I've noticed the same behaviour as the main topic mentions when attempting to add new entries. That is, it looks like they are added at first, but once you leave the screen and return, the new entry is gone as well. That actually gives me a little bit of hope that maybe this isn't a case of Microsoft accidentally deleting all our blocked sender lists, and may actually just be a temporary bug with loading them. One can only hope.

Another thing that would have helped here is some way to export and import the block list. The format could just be a plain text file with one email/domain per line. I might have backed them up except no option to export the list was ever provided.

Same issue here too. Probably the last straw for me; will delete Outlook.

I have been putting domains and emails in to the block list for years!!! and like the rest of you it all was removed, needless to say I was mad!!!! now I am getting so much of spam that it has become maddening lest not even mention all the adds in emails geezzzzz thankfully I have an ad blocker .

At first I thought I had found a fix by removing Microsoft copilot and my list remained in the block list after 2 days it was removed again, so hit discard to retrieve partial block list and before you add more to your block list.

I have been adding more but noticing that the domains and emails I adding are in my block list and they are not being blocked.

my next move it to reactivate an old email and NO it it is not Microsoft related I am totally fed up with this vendor
