My account has been hacked and I need to speak to customer support

Hello, someone keep trying to access my ******@hotmail.com.

And someone could access to my email address and change to other apps like instagram etc… and change email address and someone ordered shop with my email address etc….

I think they changed my Authentication to their Authentication so I could not use my Authentication. My pin is 8 numbers but they keep asking 6 pins.

Could you please advise how to fix this problem?

Can someone please call me, I am very stressed out, my account has been hacked.

It seems that Microsoft has no human beings to ask for help anymore. My husband and I have been loyal customers for over 30 years. Now, I can't get a hold of anyone.

What you must do, if you are unable to login to change your password in your Microsoft account is this....

1. Call your bank and get a new debit card and tell them what happened to you. That was what I did.
2. Go into all of your most personal apps such as other email accounts, LinkedIn, FAcebook, etc... and change the password before they do. I was too late. They turned on 2-factor Authentication and changed my verification info before I could log in. The hackers can find out where you live and where you work from them or worse steal your identity from scouring your emails and account information.
3. If you are locked out, many of their customer service reps will tell you that you need to regain control of your Microsoft account first, which I haven't been able to do.
4. Open up your OneDrive on your phone and take screen shots of your file directories because it will probably be the last time you will ever see what is in your files ever again. You won't be able to open the files or photos stored in them.
5. You will need to call each and every app that the hackers got into. They used our Microsoft email address to change our passwords and verification info. Some apps may be able to help you get back in, especially the ones with human representatives. But, not all of them will be able to help unless your Microsoft account has been restored.
6. Get the 14-day free trial of Aura to find out if any of your other personal information was sold by tech companies to the Dark Web/Tor. I did that and found my SSN on the Dark Web, using Aura. So, I am beyond stressed out about that. Perhaps I had emailed my sister with my SSN 30 years ago, using my Microsoft email account, when I was naive young college student. Who knows?
7. Keep trying to get a hold of a human being at Microsoft. I am not giving up because I can't stand the thought of hackers looking at our family photos and personal files on OneDrive.

I didn't click on anything to deserve all this, so it was probably an inside job. I am smart enough to not click on pfishing emails or texts. I have had a lot of experience in IT and know better than that. So, never click on anything which doesn't come directly from Microsoft. Microsoft Online Support provides that information.

Similar problem. No one gets back to me, even though their Online Support form says that they will. And, there is no way I can call or text to report a defective message in their Online Support, which has so many redundant paths to take which take me to the same recovery form.

Hackers took control of my Microsoft account (OneDrive, family photos, email, to-do lists, my phone apps, etc...). And, they somehow took control of my Google Voice phone and Yahoo account too. Either that or Google Voice does not allow verification texts from Microsoft. I couldn't tell exactly which one it was. So, the hackers got the verification codes and not me.

Then, they turned on Microsoft Authenticator in my Microsoft account. So, there is no way I can log back in since the authenticator code also goes to the hackers.

Help! Facebook and many other accounts refuse to let me back in unless I can regain access to my Microsoft account. And, I've filled out their recovery form so many times now for so many days. No response from Microsoft. What else can I do?

I contacted Secret Services on organized crime of psychics and Peter Tolman and Shane Allen Mc Coy who I know of 23 years agos that my microsoft account was hacked I certain emails to Lawyer from New York are being deleted I don't think lawyers in New York care about psychic scammers. I am related to Chief Oren Lyons and dealing with discrimination for a half breed.
