Managing personal Outlook.com account settings, security, and privacy
I am getting the same "no response" online and on the phone recordings with Microsoft. The phone keeps giving me an automated message to go back to online support, using all automated recorded voices. Then, in online support, there are no human beings either. So, then I get to this dead end message from Microsoft...
"Important notes
- If the account recovery form doesn't work, you can keep trying as many times as you want, up to two times per day.
- There are some alternatives, but if the alternatives don't work, then we cannot help, sorry.
- The form cannot help if you have two-step verification because no one, including our support advocates, can access your account without the secondary security information."
The hackers have hijacked my Microsoft email account and then turned on Microsoft Authenticator. I did not turn it on. So, they can change passwords in all of my apps to gain control of them. But, I've also lost a few accounts access into my other phone apps, with no way back into my apps, by trying to change my password on my apps, which shoots a verification email to the hackers who has control of my emails. So, do not change your password on your apps unless you have a friend who tries to change it on his/her own personal account as trial and error first, to see if your friend will get a verifications code or not in his/her own personal accounts. Some apps will send a verification code or email to the hackers, who control your email account. Then, they use it as a route into the apps you are trying to get back into. But, some apps won't.
Try to go directly through LinkedIn, Ebay, etc...support routes on their main websites instead. Unfortunately, not all of them will be helpful. Facebook said that there is nothing they or I can do, unless I can get back into my Microsoft account.
The hackers hacked into my Yahoo account within the same week that they hacked into my Microsoft account because my Yahoo email address was my verification email address, so the hackers were using both of my accounts to verify each other. Thank God that Yahoo had live human beings to help me get back into my Yahoo account, unlike Microsoft.
