My account has been hacked and I need to speak to customer support

WHEN I CEATED MY .... HOTMAIL.IT MANY YEARS AGO, I HAD A CELL PHONE NUMBER

THAT IS NO LONGER ACTIVE, SO FOR THE CODES THAT I NEED TO RETAIN MY HOTMAIL,

CAN I LOGIN IN WITH MY NEW CELL NUMBER TO GET CODES WITH THE NEW ONE NOW

I CREATED ? CAN SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE ME A WAY THAT ALL THIS CAN BE APPLYED AND

RETAIN ALL MY INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTS I ONCE STORED IN MY HOTMAIL?

And, no. I have not been able to retrieve/regain my Microsoft account. I keep submitting the form they have online to retrieve my account under Customer Support. But, nobody from Microsoft gets back to me because I didn't answer their impossible questions perfectly. I don't even see an email in my Yahoo account from them, which is not controlled by hackers.

My husband and I have been loyal customers for over 30 years, but we can't remember some of the impossible questions they ask us, like...

1. When you opened the account, where were you living? (It's been over 30 years. I don't think anyone can remember that far.)
2. Since you made a Microsoft purchase in your past history, what is the debit card number used to make the purchase? (It's been about 10 years since I purchased anything from Microsoft and I've thrown out all of my old debit cards).

Microsoft Online Support is one big labrinth, so there are a lot of defects within this labrinth, which we can't even report to Microsoft. How to we report a defect in the Microsoft Online Support system? When I get to this message from MIcrosoft, none of this applies to you or me...

My error message is "Enter the code generated by your Authenticator app." But, the hackers turned Authenticator on in my account, so they get the code instead of me. I checked my junk mail folder too. Then, the labrinth loops back to the same form, which either never contacts anyone or I'm not answer the impossible questions above correctly.

I've been submitting their allowed number of forms (2 per day) almost everyday now, but no response from Microsoft at all. So, I don't know what else to do to get back into my OneDrive files, family photos, to-do/projects, emails, etc.... on my Microsoft account, which will also allow Facebook and many other companies to get me back into my personal accounts.

Good luck getting actual human help. Microsoft has no tine for the people who made it what it is today. The fans, the users, the gamers and of the support that made it what it is today. Their automated service is a testament to laziness and a slap in the face of people who need help to gain aceesss and control of their account. Nobody matters to this giant now that it had gone for money making mode they don't need us any more and after years of trying to take out our live accounts finally succeeded outlook is stupid and now where feeling the pain of them losing connection to the average fan. Microsoft use to be cool but now I feel it's like no humans run anything.

Help! I have been in tears for nearly a week.

Microsoft sent verification codes to the hackers who hijacked my Microsoft account (i.e. my files on OneDrive, my family photos, my to-do lists, Xbox, *** Email address is removed for privacy *** account, etc...). Then, these hackers added Microsoft Authenticator to lock me out of my account.

I can't get back into my account no matter how many times I've tried to fill out that lengthy form in Microsoft Support. And, I can't get a hold of a person on the phone to help.

How can I get back into my account to retrieve my files, family photos, etc...when Microsoft doesn't contact me at all after I fill out their lengthy form?
