    Hi Brian

I also had this dilemma but thanks to a fella called Hal who was very helpful in this forum

he suggested I download the Microsoft Outlook app

All my devices are Apple so in my case I downloaded the Outlook app on each one and entered all details required and then deleted the Apple “MAIL” app which was the default app that was preset on Apple devices when you buy them

we’re not tech savvy enough to know otherwise

I can’t see your devices to tell you what to do

But read the responses I received when I asked the first question in the forum and hopefully you’ll find the answer

I think I have now found the answer

    Anyway all the best

    Kindest regards

    Christiaan

That's only half of the puzzle. The other unknown half is your device(s). What are the devices you use and how do you access your mailbox? There are many mail client apps (eg: Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple iOS Mail, Gmail and many more). Or do you access your mailbox using a web browser like Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Edge etc?

    Thanks again

I’ve gone through my apple phones iPad and laptop to change the configuration to outlook

Yes all this equipment was set up in apple default

We’ll see what happens over time

    But from me

    Thankyou

    Kindest regards

    Christiaan
