"Report Phishing" no longer go to Deleted Folder

In the past few days, I've noticed if I tick emails in the Junk folder to "Report Phishing", they no longer go to the deleted folder. They disappear momentarily and I get the "nothing in junk icon, etc. but, if I go to the inbox and back to the Junk folder, those emails are still there in the Junk folder.

I've chatted with an agent through their chat support. It took 5mn or less so I am happy with their support, for now.
They have received multiple complaints and are aware of the issue. Obviously there will be a fix coming up, we just don't know when.FOLKS: pls report the issue to the official Help line (because this is NOT the official help line), and also in your report do give them the link to this specific forum.
And make sure you enter your comment the forum to add weight... -

2024-04-12T13:53:31+00:00 Same issue. Still happening. Now I have to spend twice as much time managing this ****. First, to report it, then to block it. Notice that Google Mail doesn't have this problem.
Also, if you [tech support] don't know the answer to the question that users are posting, DON"T COME BACK WITH SOME UNTESTED BULLSH-T RESPONSES, like "try clearing your cache" and other monkey turd advice that only serves to infuriate intelligent people. I could spit at a brick wall and get a better result.

I've been having to check my recent sign in activity every day because of hackers using rotating ip addresses and locations to try to hack my account, anywhere from 2 times a day to 30 times. Microsoft has done well so far in preventing but used to I would get notifications of a failed log in attempt within the hour it occurred. About two weeks ago, notifications started being reported 6-24hours after the failed log in. I've accidentally signed in incorrectly and it was the next day before it showed up as a failed attempt to log in. At least they had been timely in reporting them, why the change about the same time as the Outlook change?
