Outlook emails not deliverable to yahoo and aol

Starting this week, our emails to yahoo and aol accounts are not being delivered, but emails to other email accounts are working. Here is one of the yahoo error message: 1/12/2024 9:27:16 PM - Server at SJ2PR02MB10076.namprd02.prod.outlook.com returned '550 5.4.300 Message expired -> 421 4.4.2 Connection dropped due to SocketError' 1/12/2024 9:26:15 PM - Server at mta5.am0.yahoodns.net (67.195.204.73) returned '421 4.4.2 Connection dropped due to SocketError'

And here is the aol error message: 1/12/2024 9:27:38 PM - Server at PH0PR02MB7367.namprd02.prod.outlook.com returned '550 5.4.300 Message expired -> 421 4.4.2 Connection dropped due to SocketError'
1/12/2024 9:15:15 PM - Server at mx-aol.mail.gm0.yahoodns.net (67.195.204.80) returned '421 4.4.2 Connection dropped due to SocketError'

    Thank you for your reply andI apologize for my ignorance. When I contacted my host 20 minutes ago, they responded:

    "As I checked from my end I can see that your domain "barkinstyledc.com" MX is pointing to outlook so we don't have any access to check the logs and results so please contact the outlook support to check further"

    Do I contact the host again? Everyone is sending me in opposite directions and I have very limited computer skills. In the meantime, loosing business because emails are not reaching my customers.

    You don't have an SPF record: https://easydmarc.com/tools/spf-lookup?domain=barkinstyledc.com

    You need to create this TXT record at your DNS hosting website:

    v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all

    Hi!

    I am having the same issue as everyone else. My domain name is barkinstyledc.com. I contacted my domain host at google and they responded:

    "As I checked from my end I can see that your domain "barkinstyledc.com" MX is pointing to outlook so we don't have any access to check the logs and results so please contact the outlook support to check further"

    So, I filled out the support request form at Microsoft and have not heard back from them.

    Is there anything I can do on my end with limited computer skills? I have access to the admin features at Microsoft 365 if that helps. Any step by step directions on what I can do to fix this without being very computer savvy?

    I'm wondering if 365 is going to reimburse all users for this failure - and repeated failure - to fix this problem. We are paying for a service we are not receiving.

    Your problem is not related to DNS records. This is the source of the problem:

    Many of Microsoft mail server IP addresses are on spamcop blacklist. The recipient's mail server spam filter queries spamcop blacklist to decide if they should accept the connection or drop (reject) it if the IP is on the blacklist.

    Take a look at how many IP addresses that belong to Microsoft are on spamcop (IP reputation) blacklist: https://www.spamcop.net/w3m?action=checkblock&ip=40.107.236.100

    Microsoft knows the problem and they have been working on it for weeks. This is something you can NOT fix. It is Microsoft mail server administrators who can fix the problem, not the users like you and me.
