Outlook emails not deliverable to yahoo and aol

Starting this week, our emails to yahoo and aol accounts are not being delivered, but emails to other email accounts are working. Here is one of the yahoo error message: 1/12/2024 9:27:16 PM - Server at SJ2PR02MB10076.namprd02.prod.outlook.com returned '550 5.4.300 Message expired -> 421 4.4.2 Connection dropped due to SocketError' 1/12/2024 9:26:15 PM - Server at mta5.am0.yahoodns.net (67.195.204.73) returned '421 4.4.2 Connection dropped due to SocketError'

And here is the aol error message: 1/12/2024 9:27:38 PM - Server at PH0PR02MB7367.namprd02.prod.outlook.com returned '550 5.4.300 Message expired -> 421 4.4.2 Connection dropped due to SocketError'
1/12/2024 9:15:15 PM - Server at mx-aol.mail.gm0.yahoodns.net (67.195.204.80) returned '421 4.4.2 Connection dropped due to SocketError'

    I mentioned that on page 4:

    Basically the problem is this, major mail providers (Gmail, Yahoo etc) start enforcing new policy. If your email domain does not conform with their new policy, they are not going to accept your email until you fix it.

    If you post your domain name (do NOT post your entire email address), we may be able to tell you more about the problem.

    Okay... in ADDITION to having issues with Yahoo, AOL, Rocketmail, etc. I am getting this from my hospital client. As you can imagine, I am not about to tell a hospital's IT department that they need to relax their security protocols, given that they have a lot of sensitive information. Before you ask, all of my domains have already been added to their whitelist as a vendor.

    For context, that was a simple and short, 1-line email without any hyperlinks.

    Here is my DNS with all the pretty green checkboxes.

    Also... who uses Skype in 2024? And do I need the Skype records if I'm not using Skype?

    I just don’t understand why its suddenly changed when up to 8th January I was receiving them fine.
